In this class we'll study traditional Scandinavian pattern and early American folk art to inspire a set of hand-painted Christmas ornaments. Glazed for shine and sealant, they'll last for decades to come. Three ornaments per child in woodland, winter, and celestial shapes.

Following a technical lesson in color theory and paint surface prep, students will paint a custom house portrait on a 5x7'' hardboard panel. The perfectly personalized gift for a holiday season lit by the warmth of home and family! Please note students will need to provide a photograph of their home for reference.
